All the procedures can be carried out through the non-presential attention channels that are reinforced from this moment

This preventive measure is aimed at guaranteeing the health and safety of our clients and staff, and is in line with the recommendations made by the Valencian Government and also by the Spanish Government to the business community and other organisations.

All the procedures can continue to be carried out through non-presential channels such as the customer service telephone line, the incident telephone line and the virtual office.

Agamed will continue to guarantee the correct continuity of the service with the maximum guarantees to all the municipalities where they are provided.
