Agamed provides support schemes to help customers pay their bills. This is part of our work to improve the lives of the town’s citizens.

Support schemes to subsidise drinking water and sewer system payments for pensioners, disadvantaged groups and large families.

In line with the agreement signed between Torrevieja Town Council and Agamed, a social support scheme has been created to subsidise the payment of bills issued for the drinking water supply and sewer system.

During 2023, the municipality of Torrevieja has made a social fund available to vulnerable clients with an amount of €215,000.
