In view of the recommendations made by the Generalitat Valenciana and the Spanish Government due to the situation caused by the appearance of the COVID-19, Agamed communicates the following preventive measures:

• The company has applied the prevention protocols dictated by the health authorities among its staff with internal communications and information panels in all its facilities.
• Transport trips with a large number of users have been cancelled and meetings, both internal and with external suppliers, have been converted into video and telephone meetings.  
• Agamed is pushing for maximum teleworking among its staff, while maintaining the current situation.
• Technical and general visits by people from outside its facilities have also been cancelled.
• We are, at all times, in communication with the health authorities regarding the current situation.
• These measures are in line with the recommendations made by the Generalitat Valenciana and also by the Spanish Government to the business community and other organisations.
• The preventive measures are aimed at guaranteeing the health and safety of employees. In addition, specific measures will be considered for those groups that require them.
• Agamed will continue to guarantee the supply of drinking water to all the municipalities where it provides this service with the maximum guarantees. In this sense, key infrastructures will maintain on-site shifts of workers to guarantee the supply service in all homes.
