Code of Conduct
At Agamed we apply a Code of Conduct that defines the values of our organisation and serves as a benchmark in everything we do, both individually and as a group.
These ethical values have always been a cornerstone of Agamed strategy and development.
Today, more than ever, the company needs to act responsibly and ethically in its activities with regard to all stakeholders.
Ethic Channels
A communication channel has been set up so that anyone can make enquiries or suggestions regarding the Code of Ethics and the policies and procedures that implement its principles and values.
The channel can also be used to report possible incidents of non-compliance with the Code of Ethics and its policies and procedures using the form for enquiries and form for reporting irregularities.
Communications, enquiries and notifications should be sent to the Compliance Officer using any of the following methods:

Criminal Compliance Policy
Aguas del Arco mediterráneo is firmly committed to complying with current legislation and regulations, as is clear from its Code of Conduct and its strict internal policies, instructions and procedures. In the service of this commitment, it has also set up an exhaustive system for identifying, preventing and managing the risks of non-compliance with regulations that concern both its business activity and its support processes, as well as a disciplinary system to sanction any non-compliance detected.
Aguas del Arco Mediterráneo defined and implemented an organisational and control model for the identification, prevention and sanctioning of criminal risks, a model that has been revised and perfected. The Criminal Compliance Policy constitutes the updated reference framework of this model.
